A Senior Leader with 20 years of Military experience and a further 5 years’ consulting in the private sector. Will is a highly experienced, decisive and operationally focused Director who has consistently delivered results to tight time constraints in challenging situations. He has extensive project, people and risk management experience in a variety of environments, as well as experience in prioritising issues, strategic planning and making decisions in a fast-paced and operational workplace under pressure.
